  • Applications for help: your name, address, contact details, and details relevant to your circumstances, when you apply for support from our foodbank.
  • Volunteering enquiries: your name, contact details, and any information you provide about your interest in volunteering.
  • Donations: if you donate via JustGiving, your payment and donation information is collected and processed directly by JustGiving under their own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation that a donation has been made, plus any details you choose to share with us.
  • Website usage data: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site, including pages visited, time on site, and general location and device information. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.

3. How we use your information

We use personal data to:

  • Respond to enquiries made through our contact form
  • Assess and process applications for foodbank support
  • Manage volunteer applications and communications
  • Acknowledge and record donations

We will only share information with third parties where required to deliver our services, where you have consented, or where we are required to do so by law.
